Work Setup: On-site Requirements: Bachelor's Degree holder; MBA is an advantage 5 years of end-to-end e-commerce experience 3-5 years management experience Knowledge in strategizing traffic generation and conversion on platforms like Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok Up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in the e-commerce ecosystem Can start as soon as possible is a plus Responsibilities: Establish and execute strategic e-commerce initiatives to maximize online sales and brand visibility Develop and execute campaign structures, targeting tactics, and reporting strategies Drive monthly revenue through innovative sales and marketing strategies Track, analyze, and report on sales metrics to optimize growth Develop strategies for traffic generation and conversion on major platforms Craft business proposals based on business strengths and customer needs Oversee live-stream sales events Build and lead a high-performing e-commerce team Drive growth through product optimization and data analysis Recruitment Process: Initial Interview (online) Final Interview (Face to
