We are seeking a seasoned Ecommerce Category Director to lead our Beauty business unit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end performance of our e-commerce platform.

You will oversee daily operations, drive brand growth, and optimize internal processes. Your strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and leadership abilities will enable you to build and manage a high-performing team.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in commercial or category management in e-commerce
  • Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or related field
  • Strategic thinker with strong negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage complex projects with attention to detail
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask
