About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer interactions via chat and email, responding to inquiries with professionalism and empathy, identifying customer needs and delivering effective solutions, collaborating with internal teams, and escalating issues when necessary.

You will also have the opportunity to assist with onboarding and mentoring new team members, stay informed on our products and services, and recommend relevant solutions to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and effective solutions
  • Identify and meet customer needs through proactive communication and problem-solving
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Stay up-to-date on company products and services
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent education
  • Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with internet-related tools
  • A team-oriented mindset and a pro-active attitude
