Customer Service Consultant Opportunity

">Job Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Consultant, your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Being the Point of Contact; answering inbound calls to provide exceptional customer service to consumers.
  2. Responding to inquiries about products and services, processing payments, or performing general account maintenance.
  3. Up-selling customers to new products or services may be encouraged.

You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving customer complaints, and providing solutions that meet their needs.

">Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  1. A high school diploma or equivalent.
  2. Demonstrated ability to perform at a high level, to support our high volume of inbound calls.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficient reading skills required.
  4. Multi-tasking skills, showcased through the use of several applications; experience working with CRM applications preferred.
  5. Basic PC keyboarding skills; basic Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) experience required.
  6. Prior customer service experience preferred.

You should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
