This is minimum of 6 months Months Project Based employment : It is still a Full time job that you will be having a full-time schedule but as project employee, it is a contractual type to our client for a minimum of 6 Months .* Your contract will be under our company but you will be deployed to our client. Our company will process your mandatory benefits/ salary. _*After 6 Months, it depends with your project status or to our client if they will renew/extend or end your contract. Expect that the client will still monitor your performance and they can still terminate your contract any time with prior notice.
READ : Your salary experience expectation is subject for approval. It depends on your skills and experiences.
Note: Salary will be divided into daily rate; considered as NO WORK NO PAY but REGULAR Holidays announced by the Ph Government are paid. Example: If you didn't work on Special Holidays - Not Paid " NO Work NO Pay" but If you didn't work on Regular Holidays - Still Paid. Of course, if you've worked either on Special or Regular Holidays, Daily rate is paid with Holiday pay as well. Benefits while on a project based: HMO & Mandatory Benefits;
IN Short, No Work No pay applies if you have no work on Special Non-working Holidays , and if you're absent.
Your salary expectation will still undergo approval of the management. Salary on this post is not the actual budget for the role. It depends on your experiences and skills. They may also negotiate you.
POSITION: Contact Center Platform Analyst
- Willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong (Hybrid - 2x3x /week)
- Open to this Project based employment
- Any shift assigned & Shifting schedule: 10 hours per day including your break time
- Benefits: HMO for employee, Mandated Government benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, PagIBIG), .5 SIL credit /month, OT and Holiday work will be paid (If you've worked on those days)
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED
- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree
- ·At least 3 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or systems administration role.
- Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills.
- Experience with user account management and setting permissions in enterprise applications.
- A logical approach to troubleshooting technical issues.
- Direct experience supporting contact center software such as Calabrio, Nuance, or Avaya.
- Familiarity with ITIL service management principles.
• Experience supporting a remote or work-from-home workforce.
- Good English Communication Skills
- Open for project based employment as indicated above
- Can Start ASAP

Pay: Php40, Php55,000.00 per month
