Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Administrative Professional to provide high-level support to our executive team. This is a remote opportunity that offers the chance to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage complex calendars, ensuring seamless scheduling and coordination across time zones.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, prepare itineraries, and handle logistics for smooth travel experiences.
  • Act as a liaison between executives and other departments, clients, and external partners, fostering strong relationships and effective communication.
  • Prepare, review, and format documents, presentations, and reports with a high degree of professionalism and accuracy.
  • Assist with email management, prioritizing messages and responding in a timely manner.
  • Oversee and track project timelines, ensuring milestones are met and deliverables are completed on schedule.
  • Manage multiple tasks and responsibilities while maintaining attention to detail and a focus on excellence.
  • Utilize advanced software skills to optimize workflows and automate repetitive tasks, increasing efficiency and productivity.
  • Handle expense reporting, billing, and reimbursements with precision and accuracy.
  • Conduct research and compile information for decision-making purposes as requested by executives.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, with a track record of supporting C-level executives.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing complex schedules and high-level projects.
  • High proficiency with office productivity software, communication tools, and scheduling platforms.
  • Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to convey information clearly.
  • Fully fluent in English.
  • Skilled in the use of apps and technology.
  • Ability to commit long-term and full-time.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in a technology-driven environment or familiarity with automation tools is preferred.
  • Impeccable interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to present information confidently and clearly.
  • Building relationships is one of your core competencies.
  • Agile and able to manage duties with a high degree of prioritization.
  • Proven ability to take initiative, anticipate and solve problems, and make decisions with minimal supervision.
