Key Responsibilities

  • Perform thorough receipt analysis and accurate data entry into accounting software for proper financial tracking and reporting.
  • Coordinate maintenance requests for properties by communicating effectively with vendors.
  • Serve as a key administrative point of contact, facilitating smooth operations between executives, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Experience in real estate, property management, or construction industries.
  • Previous experience with accounting software is required.
  • Familiarity with project management software is highly desired.
  • Client management experience.
  • Basic bookkeeping skills and understanding of financial record-keeping.
  • Excellent organizational abilities with strong attention to detail.
