We are currently seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to manage client communications, project updates, and scheduling. This role requires strong written and verbal communication skills to build effective relationships with clients and ensure timely responses to their inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Communication Management: Manage client interactions across all channels (email, phone, social media) to ensure prompt responses and resolution of issues.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, project updates, and scheduling using construction project management software.
  • Lead Qualification: Qualify leads in real-time and update CRM deals as they progress through the pipeline.
  • Scheduling: Schedule jobs in advance, taking into account workloads, travel times, and material/supply requirements.
  • Audit Management: Conduct regular job audits to ensure timesheets are updated, variations are recorded, and costs/allowances are properly tracked.
  • Supplier Coordination: Manage supplier coordination, including price book updates, ordering materials, and ensuring delivery schedules align with project timelines.
Requirements:
  • Construction Project Management Experience: Strong experience with construction project management software.
  • Accounting Software Integration: Proficiency with accounting software integration, particularly Xero.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to manage client relationships professionally.
  • Crm Systems: Experience with CRM systems and lead qualification processes.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Residential Construction Knowledge: Understanding of residential construction processes, terminology, and typical project workflows.
  • Documentation: Ability to create and maintain documentation, SOPs, and process workflows.
  • Supplier Management: Experience with supplier management and procurement coordination.
  • Compliance Requirements: Knowledge of construction compliance requirements and quality control processes.
Working Conditions:
