
Senior Client Engagement Manager

This role focuses on developing strategic partnerships and driving business growth through effective client engagement. A Business Growth Specialist will be responsible for conducting introductory calls, building rapport with new clients, and understanding their needs.
The ideal candidate will assess which solutions best fit the client's requirements in terms of value and cost-effectiveness, qualify leads, and determine readiness to proceed with a purchase. If not ready to pay, they will enroll clients into follow-up communication workflows and manage future interactions.
A key responsibility of the Business Growth Specialist is to share client feedback, pain points, objections, and feature requests with internal teams to improve product offerings and messaging.
Responsibilities:- Conduct introductory calls with new clients to answer questions and build relationships
- Effectively handle objections while reinforcing the product's value proposition
- Understand client needs and assess which solutions best fit their requirements in terms of value and cost-effectiveness
- Qualify leads and determine readiness to proceed with a purchase
- If not ready to pay, enroll clients into follow-up communication workflows and manage future interactions
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and status within CRM systems
- Share client feedback, pain points, objections, and feature requests with internal teams to drive product improvements
- At least 3 years of experience working in client-facing roles
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Proficiency in the English language
- Confidence in phone-based communication, with the ability to handle objections from business customers
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Experience with CRM systems is an advantage
