Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Account Manager to oversee client relationships and drive customer success.

  • Manage key client accounts across global markets to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Build strong client relationships and align offerings with their business goals.
  • Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive revenue.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Monitor account performance, prepare reports, and present actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:

Client Management: Manage key client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Relationship Building: Build strong client relationships and align offerings with their business goals.

Sales Strategy: Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive revenue.

Ideal Profile / Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales, Strategy Consulting, or similar roles with a proven leadership track record.
  • Global sales or client management experience preferred.
  • Strong business acumen, quantitative and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with resilience and resourcefulness.
