Lead Generation Specialist in Construction Industry

This role focuses on identifying potential leads within the construction industry, developing outreach strategies, and qualifying prospects for sales teams.

We are seeking a skilled Lead Generation Specialist with a background in construction to join our team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Research and identify suitable leads within the construction sector.
  • Design and execute effective outreach strategies via email, phone calls, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for sales representatives.
  • Update CRM systems with accurate prospect data.
  • Conduct market research to discover new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to refine lead generation processes.
  • Track and report key metrics related to lead conversion rates.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in lead generation.
Required Skills and Qualifications

For this role, we seek candidates with the following skills and qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience as an Appointment Setter or Lead Generation Specialist with international clients.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with the construction industry is an advantage.
  • Impeccable interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in lead generation software and online marketing channels.
  • Knowledge of current technologies, including desktop sharing, cloud services, CRMs, and VoIP.
  • Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office).
  • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g., Google Calendar).

Schedule and Location
