Job Overview

This is a remote Construction Planner role that will be set up as an independent contractor engagement.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Construction Planner to support a growing workload across tender programming, project reviews, and reporting.

The ideal candidate should have proven experience as a Construction Planner/Programmer in the construction industry, strong knowledge of construction methodologies and sequencing, and proficiency in project programming tools/software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, review, and maintain construction programs for various projects.
  • Provide programming support for tenders, project reviews, and reporting.
  • Analyse project timelines, critical paths, and dependencies to identify potential risks and solutions.
  • Prepare clear, accurate, and well-structured program reports for clients.
  • Ensure deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards.
  • Support ongoing communication and coordination with stakeholders as needed.

The successful candidate will be expected to work independently, remotely, and manage time effectively.

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Construction Planner/Programmer in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and sequencing.
  • On-site Experience in Commercial Construction will be desirable.
  • Proficiency in project programming tools/software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present timelines and reports clearly.
  • Ability to work independently, remotely, and manage time effectively.
