Job Title: Lead Business Analyst

  • This role involves overseeing the delivery of six sustainability subject areas while working closely with client product owners, group stakeholders, and technology teams.

  3. Work closely with the technical team to explain requirements to ensure solution builds are as per business requirements">
  4. Review and guide business analysts on their respective subject areas">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A strong background in the insurance industry">
  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in business analysis, including at least 1 year in a leadership or lead BA role">
  • Hands-on experience with end-to-end BA delivery (from requirements gathering through to go-live and hypercare)">
  • Proactive and self-managing, able to lead a team and handle day-to-day issues directly with clients">
  • Proven experience managing and mentoring BA teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables across multiple subject areas">
  • Solid understanding of integration design, functional specifications, user story documentation">
  • Skilled in working with stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams to define and deliver target-state solutions">
  • Proficient in Agile methodologies and iterative delivery practices">
