Job Title

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Delivery Manager to oversee the successful execution and delivery of technology initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent project management skills, and proven leadership abilities.

  • Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring quality outcomes within agreed scope, budget, and timelines.
  • Drive Agile practices across teams, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog management.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners to align delivery with business needs.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth execution and minimal disruption.
  • Monitor project progress, prepare status reports, and communicate updates to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to delivery teams to drive high performance and continuous improvement.
Key Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Project Delivery Manager.
  • Strong technical background with hands-on knowledge of relevant technologies, platforms, and systems.
  • Proven project management experience with expertise in Agile methodologies.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities with a track record of delivering complex projects successfully.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities under pressure.
  • Experience in risk management, issue resolution, and delivery governance.
