Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Release Train Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Agile delivery, with a strong understanding of SAFe and Agile methodologies.

The Release Train Engineer will be responsible for leading and facilitating Program Increment (PI) planning, Inspect & Adapt workshops, and ART Syncs. They will also support and coach Scrum Masters and Agile teams to ensure alignment with SAFe principles.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in building and leading self-managed teams, and will be able to drive continuous improvement and foster a culture of accountability.

They will collaborate with Product Management, Business Owners, and other stakeholders to ensure delivery of value. Additionally, they will manage risks, dependencies, and impediments across teams, and provide training and onboarding for new team members and stakeholders on Agile and SAFe practices.

The Release Train Engineer will also monitor and report on ART metrics and performance, and support day-to-day Scrum Master tasks as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Agile delivery
  • Strong understanding and hands-on experience with SAFe and Agile methodologies
  • Proven track record in building and leading self-managed teams
  • Experience in Finance or Corporate Functions platforms is highly desirable
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • SAFe RTE or SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) certification is a plus
