We are currently hiring a highly organized legal professional to support our U.S.-based clients.
Responsibilities- Draft and review legal documents, contracts, pleadings, and correspondence.
- Conduct research and analysis on case law.
- Prepare summaries and assist in trial preparations.
- Maintain client files and case management systems.
- Communicate with clients, courts, and third parties professionally.
- Provide administrative support to attorneys and teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Law or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience as a paralegal or legal assistant (U.S. law experience preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Proficient in legal research tools and MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage deadlines.
- Comfortable working remotely and independently.
- Familiarity with U.S. legal systems and court procedures.
- Experience using legal software.
- Knowledge in areas such as litigation, corporate law, immigration, or family law.
