About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paralegal to support our Legal & Compliance Department. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of legal concepts, including shipping and logistics law, and be able to apply this knowledge in a fast-paced environment.

Conduct thorough legal research, analysis, and interpretation of laws and jurisprudence and provide summaries to senior management.">Manage document execution process, including notarization, legalization, and other formalities, and organize files and documents of the legal department.">Assist in preparation of pleadings, affidavits, and other legal documents related to shipping and logistics transactions, claims, and disputes.">Provide support to senior management in analyzing, drafting, and providing advice on complex and non-complex contracts, and implementing changes to contracts and templates based on new procedures or legislations.">Manage case and contracts files, maintain organized electronic and physical records.">Support the implementation of various projects, processes, and tools, including data collection for ESG Reporting.">Assist with corporate governance matters, including regulatory filings, entity maintenance, and board resolutions.">Support the development of internal legal templates and compliance checklists.">">
