We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to join our team. This full-time position involves managing multiple books/entities, recording financial transactions, and reconciling bank accounts and credit cards. The ideal candidate will have experience navigating QuickBooks and understanding GAAP and full-cycle accounting.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing multiple books/entities
  • Recording financial transactions for AP, getting approvals to pay vendors
  • Recording sales of goods or services between related and third parties
  • Recording real estate purchases and sales using closing statements
  • Reconciling bank accounts and credit cards
  • Verifying transactions and ledgers
  • Running regular expense reports and distributing them to management
  • Complying with federal, state, and local requirements as applicable

To be considered for this role, you must have your own computer equipment and internet connection. You should also have a proper workstation setup and a headset with a noise-cancellation feature for effective communication.
