Job Opportunity

Represent the Bank in cases to achieve target collections and support profitability by providing legal expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare pleadings and provide opinions on legal issues offering solutions.
  • Represent the Bank in court hearings, monitor case statuses, and coordinate with external agencies or counsels.
  • Supervise personnel in executing warrants and oversee case filing and monitoring.
  • Attend negotiations with internal clients and opposing parties to develop strategies for case resolution.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree holder with a strong academic record.
  • Member of the Bar with excellent professional standing.
  • At least 5 years of litigation experience preferably in a law firm environment.
  • Knowledgeable about banking and corporate law industry practices.
