Job Opportunity

Our organization is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to support our attorneys. The role includes drafting and filing legal documents, reviewing evidence, managing billing, and administrative tasks.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft, proofread, and file legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with court procedures.
  • Analyze and organize case evidence to aid attorneys in case preparation.
  • Handle billing processes, perform administrative duties, and prepare/send invoices to clients.

Candidates should possess highly effective English communication skills, both written and verbal, with near-native proficiency preferred. A minimum of 5 years of experience in the customer service industry is required; billing and invoicing experience is a plus.

The ideal candidate will have flexibility to work night shifts and overtime, as well as own a laptop or PC, high-quality headset, high-speed internet, and a backup connection.
