Customer Service Representative Job Description

Job Summary

We're seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to our clients through inbound and outbound calls, emails, or chats.

  • Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
  • Resolve customer issues on the first call through effective problem-solving.
  • Research and retrieve information across systems to support customer needs.

To be successful in this position, you should have prior call center experience, strong language proficiency in English, and a high-speed internet connection.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver excellent customer service through phone calls, emails, or chats.
  • Follow established scripts, policies, and procedures to resolve customer inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and process claims as needed.
  • Work effectively in a team environment to meet productivity and quality standards.

You will work from home, providing flexibility and convenience while still meeting the demands of a fast-paced customer service environment.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior call center experience essential.
  • Strong command of the English language.
  • Typing speed of 20+ WPM.
