Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers, using available resources and systems.
  • Document interactions and process claims accurately.
  • Guide customers through options to find the best solutions for their needs.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with training, updates, and program knowledge to provide excellent service.
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous call center experience
  • Strong command of the English language
  • Typing speed of 20+ WPM
  • High-speed internet connection
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems
  • Able to multitask and self-manage effectively
