Job Title: Remote Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to provide expert technical assistance and troubleshooting support for clients across various industries.

  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a strong command of the English language.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and ability to learn quickly are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to technical inquiries via phone, chat, or email in a timely and professional manner.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues using industry-standard tools and techniques.
  • Guide customers through step-by-step solutions and escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in our system.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in computer science or related field preferred.
  • Previous call center experience and/or technical support experience is highly desirable.
  • Typing speed of 20+ WPM and basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems and network protocols.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
