What You'll Do

As a Call Hero, you'll be at the
frontline of customer experience

:

  • Engage with homeowners

: Answer inbound calls with warmth, professionalism, and accuracy.
- Respond quickly

: Follow up on new leads promptly (Speed-to-Lead is key).
- Schedule & confirm appointments

: Support our sales team by keeping calendars running smoothly.
- Keep records sharp

: Enter notes and details in our CRM system with precision.
- Follow proven scripts

: Ensure consistency while delivering a friendly, personalized touch.

What We're Looking For

  • A
    clear, professional, and friendly phone voice
  • Experience in call centers or customer service

(preferred but not required)
- Confidence using
scripts and structured processes
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and coachable
- Availability
Monday–Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM EST
