Network Operations Support Role

This position offers an exciting opportunity to be a key member of our team, focusing on delivering high-quality network operations support. As a Network Operations Support Analyst, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our networks and providing top-notch customer service.

The successful candidate will possess strong technical skills, with experience in monitoring and troubleshooting network connectivity issues. They will also have excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, enabling them to effectively collaborate with internal teams and clients worldwide.

  • Provide timely and effective resolution to network-related incidents, changes, and problems via the Ask Now management system.
  • Proactively monitor and analyze network performance, identifying and resolving potential issues before they impact clients or the business.
  • Work closely with L2 support groups and development teams to resolve complex network issues and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain thorough documentation of network procedures and knowledge base articles to enhance team productivity and efficiency.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree, or 5+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong technical skills, including experience with routing/switching, tunneling, security operations, and engineering.
  • Proficiency in using testing tools to monitor and troubleshoot network connectivity issues.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
Preferred Qualifications

The following qualifications are desirable:

  • ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent.
  • PCAP certification (Python Certified Associate in Programming) and Cisco CCNA.
  • Cloud experience (Azure and AWS) and Cloud Access Secure Broker experience.
  • Knowledge of Cybersecurity Infrastructure (Firewall, Bluecoat proxy, CASB, SASE).
