As a Business Management Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base. You will be responsible for managing a team of sales professionals, overseeing the end-to-end customer value lifecycle, and developing strategies to drive sustainable growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead a world-class direct and indirect team to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
  • Oversee the end-to-end customer value lifecycle, from lead generation to closure and post-sales support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Represent SAP externally with customers and partners to build strong relationships and drive business growth.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience in sales of complex business software / IT solutions.
  • Proven track record in business application software sales.
  • Experience leading/managing in a team selling environment.
  • Demonstrated success with complex, long-cycle sales campaigns in a fast-paced, consultative and competitive market.
  • Demonstrate success negotiating complex contracts.
  • Demonstrated knowledge on consultative selling methodologies.
  • Business level English: Fluent.
