About the Role

As a key member of our global team, you will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

  • We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in B2B account management, client success, or technology consulting.
  • A successful candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Client Management: Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are addressed and delivering solutions that meet client expectations.
  2. Solution Development: Analyze client operations and recommend dashboard solutions tailored to their goals.
  3. Project Delivery: Deliver projects, lead training sessions, and support successful adoption of dashboards.
  4. Relationship Building: Build long-term relationships that drive satisfaction and retention.
  5. Upselling/Cross-selling: Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling within accounts.
About You
  • You should have a minimum of 2 years' experience in B2B account management, client success, or technology consulting (SaaS/analytics experience a plus).
  • You must be able to manage accounts and deliver solutions that meet client expectations.
  • You should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable working with international clients.
