We are seeking an experienced professional to lead client relationships, manage projects, and drive customer success. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring seamless operations and delivering exceptional service aligned with our mission.

Main Responsibilities
  • Oversee key client accounts across global markets to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Foster strong client relationships and align offerings with their business objectives.
  • Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions.
  • Monitor account performance, prepare reports, and present actionable insights.
  • Represent the organization as a brand ambassador in client interactions and industry events.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, strategy consulting, or similar roles with a proven leadership track record.
  • Global sales or client management experience is preferred.
  • Strong business acumen, quantitative, and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with resilience and resourcefulness.
  • Ability to effectively manage stakeholders across geographies.
