We are seeking a seasoned Recruiter to join our internal executive search function, supporting the recruitment of world-class senior talent across our global network of institutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Executive Recruiter to define search strategies and understand briefs.
  • Conduct market analysis, talent identification, and competitor intelligence within the education and technology sectors.
  • Maintain robust pipelines of senior candidates for executive and C-suite roles.
  • Develop research reports, candidate profiles, and sector insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Evaluate candidate relevance and strategic fit using sector-specific knowledge.
  • Stay informed on trends in AI, EdTech, and digital transformation within global higher education.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a researcher in executive search, specifically within the technology and/or education sectors.
  • A proven track record in global executive sourcing, supporting senior and C-level appointments.
  • Expertise in LinkedIn sourcing, database management, InMail campaigns, X-ray searching, conference and event-based research, and identifying hard-to-find talent.
  • Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to distil complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Experience working with and influencing global stakeholders and international candidates.
  • Excellent professional verbal and written English communication skills.
  • A proactive, curious, and passionate approach to innovation in global education and technology.
  • The ability to work confidentially on high-impact mandates in a fast-paced environment.
Work Arrangement
  • The engagement is for a fixed term contract lasting six months.
  • Work schedule: 9AM UK time, 4PM to 1AM PH time, with weekends off.
  • This is a remote work opportunity with occasional office visits. The successful candidate must reside within Metro Manila or neighboring provinces.
  • Work location: Robinsons Zeta Tower, C5 Road, Bridgetowne, Ugong Norte, Quezon City.
