Job Title: Customer Support/Ops Coordinator I

This role involves handling new orders for customers seeking vital records and payment services. The ideal candidate will be proficient in navigating various tools and references, including VPS and Vitalchek Intranet and Website, to ensure accurate information and direct customers to the correct department or number if needed.

  1. Process new orders for customers for vital record requests and payment services requests.
  2. Familiarize yourself with agency specific rules on vital records.
  3. Navigate for information required by customer with ease.
  4. Provide correct information and direct customers to correct department / number if needed.
  5. Ensure first contact resolution.
  6. Accurately input information required on VPS.
  7. Ensure quality on all calls as per Call Centre monitoring definitions.
  8. Communicate effectively and always ensure customer satisfaction.
  9. Timely reporting of any technical difficulties, discrepancies or updates to immediate supervisor.
  10. Meet or exceed all required SLAs.
  11. Assist in new hire training, if necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree holder or completed at least 2 years level in college (no back subjects/incomplete units)
  • 1 – 2 yrs BPO Experience
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Good Comprehension Skills
