Job Description:

The Bid Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the estimating team by overseeing bid documents, coordinating proposal submissions, and ensuring deadlines are met.

This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and effective communication with project managers, estimators, and clients to gather required information.

Bid Preparation and Submission:
  • Lead the coordination and preparation of bid packages and proposals for various construction projects.
  • Ensure timely submission of RFPs internally, adhering to requirements set out in request for proposal (RFP) documents.
Document Management:
  • Manage and organize all bid documents, including RFPs, technical specifications, drawings, and other related materials.
  • Guarantee accuracy, completeness, and compliance with submission guidelines.
Team Coordination:
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, estimators, and team members to collect necessary information, facilitating comprehensive bids.
  • Independently manage workload calendars for assigned regions.
  • Meet workload demands and goals while maintaining high levels of organization and time management.
  • Track customer contacts and bidding efforts to optimize estimator performance.
