Customer Service Representative

We're looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. To thrive in this role, you must have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

  • Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Provide product and service information, resolving customer complaints in a timely manner.
  • Document all customer interactions in the CRM system, following standard operating procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics including call quality and handle time.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service delivery and achieve business objectives.
Candidate Qualifications
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred.
