Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively plan to ensure zero downtime in operations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service for IT and management requests.
  • Continuously improve technical knowledge through training and development.
  • Contribute ideas and solutions to our technical knowledge base.
  • BUILD strong relationships with management, clients, and team members.
  • Maintain hardware, software, and network systems.
  • Manage and follow up on open tickets, ensuring proper response and resolution.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the IT Manager.
  • Evaluate current and upcoming technical standards.
  • Participate in technical projects as assigned.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • You have 1–3 years of technical support experience, with a background in customer service or technical support roles.
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You have strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • You are proficient in Mac, Linux, and Windows operating systems.
  • You understand PC hardware components and troubleshooting.
  • You have experience with Windows networking, LAN/WAN, DNS, TCP/IP, and firewalls.
  • You are familiar with remote connectivity issues.
  • You can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
