Key Job Responsibilities
  • We require an individual to act as the primary point of contact for patients and nurses during evenings, nights, and weekends (EST Hours).
  • The successful candidate will manage urgent requests, schedule adjustments, and escalations that occur after hours.
  • This role involves monitoring communication channels and ensuring appropriate staffing coverage.
  • Collaboration with our daytime operations team is essential to ensure seamless transitions and continuity.
Requirements
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is highly beneficial.
  • A background in Customer Care, Call Centre, Scheduling, or Workforce Coordination is preferred.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • The ability to multitask and manage urgent requests in a fast-paced environment is essential.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are necessary.
  • Fast learning skills are a must.
  • MS Office and Outlook computer skills are mandatory.
  • Experience with remote work or night shifts is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with U.S.-based healthcare operations is a plus.
