Job Profile

The ideal candidate will have strong client service, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Resolve customer support tickets in a timely manner.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, including SQL, Linux, networking, and VPNs.
  • Collaborate with clients to deliver exceptional outcomes.
  • Provide support during after-hours or holidays when required.
Key Requirements:
  • A minimum of 4 years' experience in production environments and client support.
  • Knowledge of Linux OS and network administration.
  • Familiarity with relational databases (Oracle/PostgreSQL).
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Experience with cloud systems, Java/JSP/jQuery, or Salesforce administration.
  • Knowledge of the utility industry or Smart Grid concepts.
  • An ITIL/ITSM background.
