Job Responsibilities
  • Schedule and manage patient appointments with precision, guaranteeing necessary resources and personnel are available to meet their needs.
  • Communicate updates and address scheduling concerns with patients, families, and healthcare providers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless interactions.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient appointments, medical needs, and preferences, leveraging strong organizational skills to ensure data integrity and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with home care teams to ensure patient needs are met and all appointments are scheduled on time, fostering a culture of teamwork and cooperation.
  • Address scheduling conflicts or issues, employing problem-solving skills to find solutions that work for both the patient and healthcare provider, driving successful outcomes and high patient satisfaction.
  • Input and update patient information in the scheduling system with attention to detail and precision, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years' experience in scheduling and coordination, preferably within a healthcare or home care service, with a proven track record of success and growth.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a high level of productivity and focus.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and files.
  • Problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a working knowledge of scheduling software and systems.
