
Customer Service Representative

The role of a Customer Support Specialist involves providing assistance and support to customers in resolving their queries and concerns.
This includes responding to customer inquiries, addressing complaints, and offering solutions to problems. The specialist will also be responsible for documenting customer interactions and transactions, as well as maintaining accurate records of customer communications.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficient computer skills with multi-tasking very important
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail is a must
- Ability to perform repetitive actions daily without affecting attention to detail
