Job Description:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints and concerns efficiently.
  • Provide accurate product/service information and guidance to customers.
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry practices.
