Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a Service Desk, Help Desk, or IT Support role is required.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong understanding of ITIL principles and incident management processes.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and printer issues remotely or on-site.
  • Hands-on experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA, Zendesk).
  • Active Directory skills including password resets and account unlocks.
  • Remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, AnyDesk, RDP) knowledge.
  • Windows OS expertise and basic macOS knowledge is a plus.
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365/Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).

Soft Skills:

  • Ability to prioritize and resolve Level 1 and Level 2 technical support requests in a timely manner.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends or holidays if required.
  • Experience in documenting solutions, escalating unresolved issues, and contributing to a knowledge base.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced support environment.
