  • Manage the onboarding team and ensure the smooth transition of new hires into the company.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with government regulations and client requirements.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the onboarding process.
  • Maintain open communication channels with stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of any related course with over 10 years of end-to-end BPO recruitment experience.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience handling BPO recruitment onboarding with more than 5 years of leadership experience.
  • Proven background in recruitment analytics, reporting, and risk and compliance management.
  • Able to work onsite full-time in our office.
  • Able to work graveyard shift and willing to work on weekends and holidays when business demands.
