Key Responsibilities:

This role will manage the onboarding team, accountable for reports and analytics, recruitment partners' contract renewals, risk and compliance management for pre-employment documents and pre-employment medical exams aligned to the company's standards, mandated by the government and client requirements, and govern internal and external audits.

Qualifications:
  1. Graduate of any related course
  2. With more than 10 years of end-to-end BPO recruitment experience
  3. Minimum of 4 years experience handling BPO recruitment onboarding with more than 5 years leadership experience
  4. Proven background in recruitment analytics, reporting, and risk and compliance management.
  5. Amenable to work onsite full-time in our BGC, Taguig office.
  6. Amenable to work on Graveyard Shift
  7. Willingness to work on weekends and holidays when business demands.
