Sales and Customer Support Professional
About the Role:This position plays a vital role in supporting our customers through various communication channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing timely and professional assistance, processing orders accurately, following up on leads, and maintaining high levels of service to ensure a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Support customers using our e-commerce platform, assisting with web orders, product availability, pricing, order status, and delivery tracking.
- Process sales orders and enter customer data accurately in CRM and ERP systems.
- Follow up on inbound leads, quote requests (RFQs), and web inquiries to help convert interest into sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate customer records and assist with administrative support related to sales transactions.
- A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related B2B role.
- Excellent communication skills in English — both verbal and written.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems (Salesforce, Netsuite, or similar platforms) preferred.
