
Bilingual Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking highly motivated and dedicated professionals to join our team as Bilingual Customer Support Specialists. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service in both languages, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have strong listening and interpersonal communication skills, be able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, and have excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. Previous experience in a bilingual customer service or call center role is preferred.
- Manage inbound and outbound calls in both Spanish and English.
- Provide clear and accurate communication across both languages.
- Assist customers with billing inquiries, account updates, and general support.
- Document customer interactions with precision and attention to detail.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
- Achieve daily and monthly performance targets.
