
Chief Customer Experience Officer

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our customer experience efforts and drive improvements in the shopping experience for our customers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for representing customer interests in all business decisions and ensuring that their feedback and insights inform our strategic initiatives.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders to develop and implement customer-centric solutions. They will also possess strong English language skills, leadership abilities, and a growth mindset.
Responsibilities- Lead and develop a high-performing Customer Experience Team.
- Represent customer interests in business decisions and ensure customer feedback informs strategic initiatives.
- Monitor and report on customer experience metrics and KPIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement customer-centric solutions.
- 2+ years of experience as a Customer Experience Lead or equivalent role.
- Strong English language skills.
- Proven leadership and problem-solving abilities.
