Business Development Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will contribute to the growth of our business through acquisition of new accounts and other development responsibilities.

Main Responsibilities
  • Conduct product presentations to institutional clients on Trust and Investment Management solutions.
  • Create bespoke investment solutions for clients based on their requirements, taking into account their objectives and risk appetites.
  • Adequately explain the nuances of the investment landscape to a wide range of investor types.
  • Prepare and accomplish trust and investment proposals.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of new clients.
  • Maintain good relationships with Bank counterparts to ensure referrals.
  • Conduct Financial Wellness Sessions to promote financial literacy.
  • Run marketing campaigns for leads generation.
  • Ensure seamless account opening and trade transactions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in trust and investment management or extensive exposure in institutional relationship management.
  • Proven track record of successfully closing deals and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of investment products and financial markets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
