As a Procurement Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by optimizing our purchasing processes and developing strategic relationships with key vendors.

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Procurement Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process from start to finish, including identifying and qualifying new vendors, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire procurement process, including sourcing, contracting, and contract management
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key vendors to drive value and optimize pricing
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency gains
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of procurement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in procurement or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think strategically
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders
