The
PowerPoint Specialist
plays a critical role in enabling impactful business communications through visually compelling presentations that align with client brand standards and strategic messaging. This role is responsible for designing, formatting, and enhancing slide decks that translate complex information into clear, engaging visuals for both internal and external audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality presentations that support storytelling and strategic objectives across business units.
  • Apply client visual identity and design principles to ensure consistency and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand content needs and tailor visual solutions accordingly.
  • Translate data and technical content into intuitive graphics, charts, and layouts that drive clarity and engagement.
  • Create and manage templates, visual assets, and presentation libraries to support scalable content development.
  • Deliver projects under tight timelines while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.

Required Qualifications:

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools.
  • Strong understanding of visual communication, layout, and design fundamentals.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Experience working within brand guidelines and contributing to enterprise-level communications.
