Lead Generation Role

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing cold outreach efforts and driving new business opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively with prospects and the internal team.

Responsibilities include conducting research, managing email campaigns, tracking responses, and optimizing outreach strategies to support business growth.

This is a full-time permanent position, working 45 hours a week. The role is fully remote, requiring candidates to have a reliable internet connection and a suitable setup for on-camera meetings.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple outreach campaigns simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, and Calendar).
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets to track and analyze outreach efforts.
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach to managing tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent written communication skills for crafting and optimizing email templates.
  • Basic understanding of sales processes and client relationship management.
  • A high level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy in tracking leads and client information.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise effectively with prospects and the internal team.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions.
