TASQ is in search of sales representatives for on-site positions in Cebu City, needed as soon as possible. The initial screening interview will be conducted via phone, so please ensure your line is available.

Qualifications

*Applicants should submit detailed resumes that highlight their achievements, roles, and responsibilities from previous positions. *Candidates must show a proven track record as top sales performers, having consistently surpassed sales goals and received recognition or awards for outstanding performance.
*Strong sales skills are essential, including relationship building, negotiation, and closing deals.
*Candidates must be open to working on-site in Cebu City with shifting schedules.
*A minimum of a high school diploma is required.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:**

- Identify and engage potential clients, build and maintain long-term relationships, and provide customized solutions to meet their needs.

- Create and implement strategic sales plans to meet or exceed sales goals. Offer guidance and support to junior sales agents to improve overall team performance.

- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, provide insights for improvement, and apply best practices to achieve optimal outcomes.

- Collaborate closely with other departments, such as Customer Service and Reservations, to align sales strategies with company objectives and address client needs.

- Mentor and train junior sales agents, share best practices, and provide constructive feedback to help them reach their professional aspirations.
