This key role is pivotal in our organization, responsible for managing e-commerce platforms and marketplaces to drive sales growth and revenue.
Responsibilities:- The incumbent will be responsible for managing e-commerce platforms and marketplaces to drive sales growth and revenue.
- He/She will handle customer inquiries, quotes, and order processing across digital channels with attention to detail.
- Coordinate domestic and international orders to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
- Monitor stock levels, generate replenishment reports, and support supply chain forecasting to minimize losses.
- Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and trade events while ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate on website development and provide technical support for presentations to enhance user experience.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce, sales coordination, or sales operations.
- Familiarity with Shopify and order management/finance systems (e.g., DEAR, StarShipit, Xero).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
- The ability to analyze sales and inventory data to provide actionable insights and drive business growth.
- Problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment to stay ahead of the competition.
